IREIT Global joins SGX


IREIT Global is now listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) under the stock symbol ‘UD1U’.

It is the first SGX-listed office REIT, focused solely on real estate in Europe. Its portfolio includes properties in Bonn, Darmstadt, Münster and Munich, in Germany.

Itzhak Sella, founder and CEO of IREIT Global, said: “IREIT’s listing provides a platform for us to seek accretive acquisitions in the interest of unitholders.”

Lawrence Wong, head of listings at SGX, said: “We welcome IREIT Global to Mainboard. Its focus in Europe adds geographical diversity to our REITs cluster.”
