Deloitte chooses Yardi for Europe fund administration

Deloitte Luxembourg has selected Yardi Voyager, the cloud-based real estate platform, for its real estate fund administration business in Europe.

The accounting and property management solution will offer Deloitte’s client base an integrated and end-to-end accounting, reporting and consolidation service.

Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international business at Yardi, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Deloitte Luxembourg on board as one of our latest clients in an increasingly demanding sector, delivering such a positive impact in the market they serve.”

As real estate attracts greater investment, with high-net-worth investor intelligence provider Tiger 21 reporting that the sector hit a record high in the last quarter, fund administrators are increasingly turning their attention to how they service these investors.

Matt Davey, head of business solutions at Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS), recently said that the French bank is “focusing on the product set and on understanding what value we can add to asset managers” as a result.
