HFF names Tom Hall as managing director in New York

HFF has appointed Tom Hall as managing director in its New York office, responsible for its loans and real estate-owned (REO) portfolio sales in the US.

Hall will work alongside Brock Cannon, Sean Ryan and Patrick Arnold in HFF’s loan sales team.

He joins HFF from Mission Capital where he spent seven years, most recently managing director. Prior to Mission Capital, Hall was commercial REO officer at Branch Banking Trust.

Gerard Sansosti, executive managing director at HFF, said: “Tom Hall has a wealth of experience and we are excited to welcome him to our team as we look to continue to be a market leader in the loan and REO sale space.”

He added: “By partnering with our existing specialists, Tom Hall’s expertise in the business will strengthen our platform and expand our breadth of capabilities even more.”
