AXA IM - Real Assets enters Finnish residential market
AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets has acquired a residential portfolio in Finland from LocalTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company, for €22 million.

Marking AXA - IM’s entry into the Finnish residential market, the portfolio consists of three core assets in Helsinki and one in Tampere. It was acquired on behalf of a German special fund focused on residential investments.

Totalling around 6,648 square metres, the properties consist of 119 apartments, of which 64 percent are one- or two-bed units which are almost fully-let.
