Deyaar names Yardi Voyager as property manager
Deyaar Development, one of United Arab Emirates’ largest property developers, has named Yardi Voyager 7S as manager of its property portfolio.

Voyager 7S will streamline property accounting, lease and property management and will work alongside Yardi’s additional platform, Orion Business Intelligence.

Orion will be responsible for improving property and portfolio performance, offering 200 built-in key performance indicators.

Hani Fansa, chief financial officer of Deyaar Development, said: “Since Deyaar is fully committed to design smarter lifestyles through up-to-date leasing and property management services, we have adopted Yardi software to support the full range of our business’ services, help us enhance processes, and maximise customer satisfaction.”

Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi, said: “We are extremely pleased to announce that Deyaar Development has selected Yardi to support its operations in Dubai.
