The fund reached its hard cap and will look to acquire approximately $700 million of industrial assets by utilising its targeted leverage of 50 percent.
High Street plans to continue its strategy of purchasing smaller warehouse distribution assets, targeting primary locations such as Chicago, Florida and Texas.
It will focus on Class A and B properties to fulfil the regional and last-mile logistical requirements of its clients.
The fund attracted new and existing investors including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies and other institutional investors from the US and Europe.
Currently, the fund has 19 assets under management representing 34 percent of its total commitment.
