BNP Paribas promotes Rouse in Ireland

BNP Paribas Real Estate (RE) Ireland has named Kenneth Rouse (pictured right) as deputy managing director, effective from 1 July.

Rouse moves from his current position as head of investment and finance at the company, a role he has held since joining in 2014.

He has been responsible for attracting investors from Europe, the Middle East and Africa into Ireland, working closely with BNP Paribas RE Investment Group.

Before joining BNP Paribas, he worked at QED Equity and AIB Capital Markets.

Rouse has over 13 years’ experience working across various real estate sectors in Dublin and London and Europe.

Patrick Curran, managing director at BNP Paribas RE (pictured left), said: “[Rouse] understands our business model and has the confidence of our clients, both local and international, institutional and private, in handling their investment requirements.”

“His appointment is an endorsement of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s ambition to match seniority and responsibility with our best talents and I look forward to Kenneth playing a more prominent role in the development of BNP Paribas Real Estate in the coming years.”
